Mindful Mindset classes will guide you to understand how your perspective and thoughts are creating your conditions and reality. Each month will be specific topic we all can relate to. You will have the tools to recognize shift your mindset daily for short term and long-term goals.
Each class I will share intuitive insight on the topic on being mind-full and how to transform negative thoughts and patterns. Followed by a meditation and tips on how to maintain a positive mindset daily, transform your life and a Q&A. Allow for a quiet time for the meditation, and have a notebook or journal. Class is recorded for future viewing.

Lynch has been practicing and teaching these principles and meditation for over 28 years. She brings a fresh approach to manifesting, healing and living every day with a positive mindset. As she says, the Law of Attraction is always in motion, bend it all you want, it will not break. So, learn to understand and respect this law, trust intuition and recognize what needs to be let go of. In other words, choose happy. This class will give you the tools to use daily in all of areas of your life, personally and professionally. Let's move subconscious sabotage, set intentions, meditate and relax and laugh along the way!
