Guided meditation for April: Forgiveness of Self & Others
The pain caused by holding guilt, grudges and the inability to forgive has physical and emotional effects on our body and spirit. The path to forgiveness is not easy. Journey with us to allow forgiveness and peace to fill you.

We tend to beat ourselves up over and over for a decision we made or something that we did to hurt another or something that someone did to hurt us. Forgiveness is a must for healing and inner peace."

Guided meditations are an invaluable tool to create a relaxed state of well-being and health, as well as spiritual and personal growth.
In my guided meditations I will take you on a specific journey through nature focusing on releasing and letting go, calming the mind, forgiveness, self-acceptance and Love, health and raising your vibration. I look forward to our journey together."
