Mindful Mindset for LOVE! What is the greatest love of all? Selflove!
February is considered the month of love. But not everyone feels this energy in the way we would like.
Learn how to recognize self sabotaging perspectives that hold you back from the greatest love of all. Selflove. We will create a positive foundation for love to grow in all areas of your life, personally and professionally.
Fall in love with you!
Mindful Mindset classes will guide you to understand how your perspective and thoughts are creating your conditions and reality. Each month will be specific topic we all can relate to. You will have the tools to recognize shift your mindset daily for short term and long-term goals.
Each class I will share intuitive insight on the topic on being mind-full and how to transform negative thoughts and patterns. Followed by a meditation and tips on how to maintain a positive mindset daily, transform your life and a Q&A. Allow for a quiet time for the meditation, and have a notebook or journal.
