Cultivate stillness to explore fascial release and ease into deep body awareness. A blend of Yin and restorative yoga, this practice makes use of various props (including bolsters, blankets, chairs, cushions, massage balls, and straps) to facilitate gentle stretching, self-massage, and long-held postures. Yoga Nidra and experiential meditation are offered in order to deepen relaxation and embodiment.
