Living Beyond Empathic Overwhelm

This is a response to what is a beautifully common concern as more of us wake up to our empathic abilities. Many are already quite awake and engaged with empathic ability and are now making themselves more available to feel. And there are still more who feel so much that they've been working very hard for most of their lives to be numb to it...but numb is no longer acceptable.

I'd like to share with you a different way to engage with, to understand and embody your innate abilities, a different way to understand what can be overwhelming sensations and walk through them with perpetually increasing grace.

What I'm sharing with you comes from my own journey as a very sensitive being in a human body. The benevolence of the heart of horses has supported me through every facet of elation, through numbness, and despair.

A few years ago I also met a person who is able to guide me from the same levels of purity as the horses, but who also has an understanding of humanity and the differences in consciousness, the uniquenesses that have given humanity the opportunity to forget all that we are and make up some pretty strange stuff.

All that I share with you comes from my heart, has been explored by my own unforgiving, laser-engineer brain to come to a place of friendship between my mind, my body and Me, the unique heart of Creator that generates my expression. I share because you have the same capacity to integrate these abilities within your expression as your own uniqueness, and that ability to integrate increases and accelerates as the mind has the information it requires to stop holding on to what is familiar and watch for itself that this "new paradigm" is a very nourishing place to be. It's why we are in this conversation in the first place...
