January is a month of reflection, most often resulting in resolutions about body image and happiness levels; yet again feeling down about resolutions that failed from the year before.
This year, why not try something new. Instead of beating yourself up about what you want to stop doing, stop eating or stop thinking, focus on what you can start doing. What you can add in instead of cut out.
The most important mindful, conscious decision we can make all day long is what we choose to put into our bodies. I specialize in female hormonal balancing and will teach you the targeted foods to add into your diet to balance your mind, vitalize your body, boost your happiness and make you feel at ease.
