Meditation is a powerful way to find peace, happiness, wisdom and love. A solid practice helps to be centered and connected - no matter what comes our way. It supports us to access our innate brilliance, to make wise choices, to relate better with others and to be creative. It is an art that can be learnt- and when practiced it offers astounding results. Join us to learn the core foundation for a meditation/mindfulness practice for life, which includes: how to relate to the mind, feelings, body and how to open to the gift in you.
In this class we cover:
- principles of meditation and setting up a daily practice
- establishing awareness/mindfulness
- opening the heart to compassion and love
- engaging wisely with diverse experiences
Beginners and experienced students are welcomed.If you miss a class the recording of the session is available to you.During and after the class,you will have an ongoing group to practice with.
